General Principles
1、苏宁银河国际购物广场VIP卡设至尊钻石卡、新贵白金卡、时尚琉金卡
Three kinds of VIP cards are offered by Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza: diamond VIP card, platinum VIP card and golden VIP card.
2、持卡贵宾在苏宁银河国际购物广场消费，除规定的特例商品外，均可享受至尊钻石卡八八折优惠，新贵白金卡九折优惠，时尚琉金卡九五折优惠。已打折商品在折扣基础上至尊钻石卡享受九三折优惠，新贵白金卡享受九五折优惠，时尚琉金卡享受九八折优惠，具体规则以柜台标示为准。
Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza VIP card holders are entitled to enjoy following discount policies except of certain special offers and merchandise: 12% discount for diamond VIP card holders; 10% discount for platinum VIP card holders; 5% discount for golden VIP card holders. As for discounted merchandise, discount policies are: 7% discount of discounted merchandise for diamond VIP card holders; 5% discount of discounted merchandise for platinum VIP card holders; 2% discount of discounted merchandise for golden VIP card holders. Specific sales counter notifications shall be taken as valid.

发放规定
Issuance Regulations
1、 凡在苏宁银河国际购物广场当日累计消费满10000元人民币，即可以申请办理至尊钻石卡一张；当日累计消费满4000元人民币，即可申请办理新贵白金卡一张；当日累计消费满1000元人民币，即可申请办理时尚琉金卡一张；一个月内累计消费满6000元人民币，即可申请办理新贵白金卡一张；一个月内累计消费2000元人民币，即可申请办理时尚琉金卡一张，至尊钻石卡当月不累计办理。
A diamond VIP card in quantity of one (1) can be applied when your accumulated shopping value reaches 10,000 RMB daily in Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza; a platinum VIP card in quantity of one (1) can be applied when your accumulated shopping value reaches 4,000 RMB daily in Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza; a golden VIP card in quantity of one (1) can be applied when your shopping value reaches 2,000 RMB monthly in Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza; no diamond VIP card application will be accepted based on monthly shopping values.
2、 凡在苏宁银河国际购物广场消费时已使用VIP卡打折或累积积分的会员，不能再申办VIP卡。
Any member who has already used the VIP card for discount or credits accumulation in Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza cannot apply any VIP card again.
3、规定一人一卡制。
One VIP card per customer.
申办手续
Applying Process
凡符合申请条件的，可凭当日购物凭证(商场销售单及机打税控发票)和个人身份证，当天到6楼客户服务中心填表办理申请手续，逾期不予办理。
Any customer who applies to all applying requirements could apply for the VIP card by fill the applications in our customer service center, which is located on Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza’s 6th floor. Daily shopping certificates (Shopping Plaza receipts and Machine-printed, taxation bureau issued invoices) and valid personal identification documents (ID card, military ID card, passport, etc) must be present. Delaying applications will not be accepted.

2、为保证和维护VIP会员的利益，顾客在申领时，请务必填写真实姓名、身份证号码、通讯地址及联系电话。
Please provide your real name, ID card number, and contact address/phone number in order to guarantee and maintain VIP member’s benefits.
3、申办顾客须按规定填写申请表，认可并承诺遵守《苏宁银河国际购物广场VIP章程
Applications must be filled by applying customers. <VIP customers Regulation of Suny Galaxy International Shopping Plaza > must be acknowledged and promised to obey.
